DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS
We develop detailed designs, floor layouts and renders for the interiors, specify material, lighting and finishing elements.
COSTING AND SCHEDULING
We develop specification, joinery and technical drawings for costing by our pre-selected contractors and specialist service providers.
CONTRACTING AND IMPLEMENTATION
We coordinate and appoint the various service providers and subcontractors for on-site implementation of works and offsite manufacturing of goods.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We develop a project plan, manage and liaise with the project team, and report on our progress to ensure accurate adaptation and implementation of the design into your space.
